Manufacturing process:

  • CZ Cellulose fiber - uses regular milling processes during manufacturing. Apart from a little dust there are very little to no emissions.

Handling and Installation:

  • CZ Cellulose fiber - is totally harmless while handling and installing. Blowers are used to install the material into tight corners and small spaces are reached easily. This negates the need to crawl into small spaces comming into contact with harmfull fibers and dust.

After Installation:

  • CZ Cellulose fiber - is a loose fill material wich means that it is installed in a dry form and remains dry; forming a blanket of lusious, fluffy and warm fibers. When the need arrises to change something in the roof, like installing new flush mount ceiling light, the material is simply moved away from the area where the work needs to be done and then move back when the job is finnished. In the event of a mojor collapse of the ceiling due to water or structural damage, cellulose fibre will not contaminate your home with harmfull fibers. And should there be a fire in the house, Cellulose will actually prevent the spead of the fire in the home due to the fire retardents in the material. CZ Cellulose fiber Insulation is made according to international standards in terms of fire proofing, corrosiveness and mold growth. CZ Cellulose Fiber Insulation will not support mold or fungus growth as a result of dampness in the attic, protecting your investment
